The price includes a cold lunch on Friday during registrations, a warm lunch on Saturday, coffee, and drinks during the conference, and an entrance ticket to the party.

Invoice? After submitting the Google Form, you will receive the confirmation with payment information.

We cannot provide an invoice, however, a transaction statement can be arranged upon request.

Poster printing? We offer the possibility to print your poster in A0 size at the conference for 20€. Should you be interested, please mark your preference on the Google form. Please upload your poster on the form by the 9th of September (you can edit the form after submission).
